A  program for young people to learn skills from retired professionals and find their purpose.

We are a non-profit organization that provides a safe and supportive environment for young people aged 18-25 to learn farming skills and other useful trades, such as plumbing, woodworking, electrical work, and bookkeeping, and others.

Our mission is to help young people find their life’s purpose and follow a sensible dream or life path. We believe that by exposing them to various fields of work and knowledge, they can discover their passions and talents, and make informed decisions about their future careers.

We also aim to create a bridge between the elderly and the youth, by inviting retired professionals to share their skills and experience with our apprentices. This way, the elderly have something to live for after retirement, and the young ones gain valuable insights and mentorship.

Both win; the seniors have companions, and the youth gain highly transferable skills.
