The creation is built on giving and receiving… Not on buying and selling like the "World" does.

The flower gives nectar to the bees, and the bees give pollination services.

Because we are grateful for what the Lord has done for us we give some of our time, money and other resources back to Him.

When we give wood to a fire, the fire gives heat back to us. Thus He created the universe in reciprocal relationships. If we just take and take heat but give no wood the fire would die. If a flower didn't give nectar or pollen to the bees, the bees would go elsewhere. Even Jesus taught us that...

in Mat 10:14 "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet." 

Psalm 126:5 (KJV) teaches, "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy."

You don't need me to tell you that what you sow you shall reap...

What are other ways you could give?

Since you are probably wondering what you could give let's list some options to get your creative juices flowing:

1. You could include us in your will and make a difference from Your Final HOME!
2. You could take out life insurance and make us a beneficiary. Or cede existing insurance.
3. You could give a tenth of your income.
4. You could give, loan, or otherwise make available, land, yard, garden, fruit trees, store rooms, spare rooms, guest rooms, equipment, business, vehicles, furniture, etc.
5. You could volunteer to help spread the gospel.
6. Other options...

Options 1 & 2 are modern ways of funding the spreading of the Good News, the Gospel.

Options 3 The tithe is mentioned in different verses in the Scripture such as, "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
(Mal 3:10)

Options 4 The woman who provided an upper room for the prophet Elisha is often referred to as the "Shunammite woman." This story can be found in the Bible in the Second Book of Kings, specifically in 2 Kings 4:8-37.

Options 5  This commission is found in the New Testament, specifically in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28, verses 18-20
